During the webcast Craig Schiff, CEO of BPM Partners, the leading independent authority on Business Performance Management, presented the results of a comprehensive market assessment that included the sixteen leading performance management vendors that offer budgeting, planning, reporting and consolidation systems.

During the webinar, BPM Partners covered a list of performance management vendors for 2020, and included vendor’s customer satisfaction ratings across 5 key categories: ‘Overall Satisfaction’, ‘Financial Self-Sufficiency’, ‘Financial Consolidation Functionality’, ‘Budgeting and Planning Functionality’ and ‘Ease of Use’. The BPM Pulse Awards respondents who rated vendors and products self-identified themselves as users of the vendors’ products being rated. They were asked to score their vendor and product satisfaction on a 5-point scale with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. deFacto Global received a 4.93/5 for Overall Satisfaction, the highest of any vendor.
