BPM Partners covered a list of performance management vendors for 2021 and included vendor’s customer satisfaction ratings across 6 key categories: “Overall Satisfaction”, “Financial Self-Sufficiency”, “Financial Consolidation Functionality”, “Budgeting and Planning Functionality”, “Customer Support” and “Ease of Use”. The BPM Pulse Awards respondents who rated vendors and products, self-identified themselves as users of the vendors’ products being rated. They were asked to score their vendor and product satisfaction on a 5-point scale with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest. deFacto Global received a 4.92/5 for Overall Satisfaction, the highest of any vendor for two years running
